help you to make your experience on our web-site go smoothly. The first
thing you will want to do is become a registered shopper. Simply click on
the "Log on" icon at the top of any page and
select "New Account". Fill out the information
and you are ready to start shopping.
Placing An Order
You can place an order at stylisticrecords.com any time,
day or night. You can choose to pay by credit card online or by cheque
or postal order via our order form.
Once you have placed all of your items in the Shopping Basket, you are
ready to complete your order. If you are not already a paypal member please
follow the simple registration proceedure which will automatically appear
when you go to the checkout (please see below for more details).
Shopping Basket
Your shopping basket is an electronic shopping basket.
The shopping basket stores each item you have chosen to buy, including
all the information about the artist, title, format, price and quantity.
As you are shopping, you can add items to your shopping basket by clicking
the "Add to Basket" icon next to the item you
would like to buy. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping
basket, you can proceed to check out by selecting the "Checkout"
icon next to the item you would like to buy or by clicking on the "Basket"
icon at the top of each page.
You can add or remove items from your basket at any
time before your final check out. There are options to change the quantities
within your shopping basket. In order to complete your purchase, you must
sign in by clicking "Log on" at the top of
any page. After you have completed this information, your next shopping
experiences will only require you to sign in by entering your e-mail address
and password.
Cheques/Postal orders
If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order simply
click on the order form which
can be found in the navigation bar at the bottom of each page.
- Type in your personal details along with the artist and title of
the record(s) you wish to purchase.
- Press "Submit Order" and we will contact
you within 24 hours with a total price to pay including postage.
Once we receive your cheque we will send out your order,
keeping you informed throughout the whole process.
Credit Cards
Stylistic Records use paypal payment services for proccessing
online payments. This enables us to accept most major credit cards - VISA
and MasterCard. We also accept Debit, American Express and Discover cards.
How To Register
If you are shopping at Stylistic Records for the first
time, you will have to register in order to complete your purchase. From
any page, click "Log on" on the top of the
screen and follow the instructions. You will be required to select a password
that, when matched with your e-mail address, will give you access to your
account information and shopping basket. This password is unique to you
so that no one else can gain access to your account.
First time users
- From the stylisticrecords.com website, choose the item(s) you want
and click on the 'Add to Basket' button.
- When you have placed all your items in your basket click on 'Checkout'
- As a new customer you will need to 'Create a New Account'.
The process of creating a new account is simple. Provide us with some
basic details about yourself to enable us to deliver the items to you.
The information you supply will act as both your registered/billing
address and default shipping address.
- Then complete the simple registration process by clicking on 'Submit'.
Once we have confirmed your registration, hit 'Continue'
to proceed.
- Check your details are correct, in particular your billing and shipping
address. Then click on the 'paypal' logo to process
your order using paypal's
secure server.
- In addition to the on-line confirmation stating that we have successfully
received your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming all the details
and another e-mail when your items have been dispatched and are on their
way.
Existing users
- From the stylisticrecords.com website, choose the item(s) you want
and click on the 'Add to Basket' button.
- When you have placed all your items in your basket click on 'Checkout'.
- As an existing user, fill in your e-mail address and password, and
click on the 'Log on' button.
- Check your details are correct, in particular your billing and shipping
address. Then click on the 'paypal' logo to process
your order using paypal's
