Guarantee of Satisfaction
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Stylistic
Records.
In most cases we will be able to exchange or refund items with a valid
receipt or proof of purchase by the original method of payment provided
they are returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.
Postage costs will be refunded in the case that the error was the
fault of Stylistic Records. If you have changed your mind about your
purchase, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Returning Goods Direct to Stylistic Records
Post the goods you want to return together with your
receipt, including details of your reason for return, stating whether
you require a refund or exchange.
Stylistic Records reserves the right to reject a return
from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case
of excessive returns.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange any item, simply return the
item to us at the address below with details of the product required.
You will be charged for shipping on your new purchase unless the exchange
is at the fault of Stylistic Records.
